Track your order

We’re excited to ship your order and want to keep you updated every step of the way! Here’s what to expect when tracking your package:

Order Processing & Tracking Updates

• Tracking Number Created (Day 1-2): Your order has been processed, and a USPS tracking number has been generated. This means your package is already in our system and on its way to the shipping facility.
• Preparing for Shipment (Days 3-6): Your package is being prepared for final shipment. During this time, tracking may not show movement yet. This is completely normal as it awaits carrier processing.
• USPS Tracking Activated (Days 6-8): Once your package is scanned by USPS, tracking updates will begin.
• Final Delivery (Days 8-12): After USPS takes over, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Why Is My Package Not Moving Yet?

If you see that your tracking number has been created but shows no movement, don’t worry! This just means your package is in the queue for USPS processing. Tracking will update once USPS scans and processes your order, which usually happens within 6 days.
